By placing an order on NaNiWithSoul, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products

All products are made to order. Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and print production.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

However, please note that custom-made or personalised products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law.

5. Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
