Return & Refund Policy
Since all items at NaNiWithSoul are made to order (print-on-demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
Exceptions — we'll make it right if:
- The item arrived defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item (wrong size or design)
- The item was not delivered within 30 days (US) / 45 days (Europe)
In these cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@naniwithsoul.com , including a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Right of Withdrawal (EU customers) Under EU Directive 2011/83, items made to individual specifications are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
